My family is leaving this morning for a short pilgrimage until Saturday. We'll be visiting the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin. It is long overdue and I am so glad we are finally making the trek. Our original plan had been to visit last summer, but that never happened and the shrine was not officially dedicated until late July of last year. I am anxious to visit the beautiful grounds and church to offer my prayers of petition. I will be praying for each of you and will lay your petitions at the feet of Mary on your behalf. I'll be sure to post all about the trip when I arrive back home.
And yes, there are sure to be plenty of photos too!
