Thankful for a sweet baby girl you just couldn't imagine life without.
Thankful for tiny baby toes that belong to a very tiny blessing.
Thankful for a husband who has a secure job that allows him time to stay home and care for his growing family.
Thankful for deep blue eyes filled with watchful wonder at all the newness that surrounds her.
Thankful for Big Brother who is very smitten with his new little sister, even if she wasn't the brother he was hoping for.
Thankful for a wonderful, Catholic doctor who takes very good care of mom and baby.
Thankful for another chance to dress a baby in pink and cute little headbands.
Taking a moment out of a busy Thursday to be especially thankful for so many precious blessings.
She is precious! You are a very lucky mom/wife--congratulations again!
ReplyDeleteAwwwww, look at that little honey bun!!
ReplyDeleteLove how it looks like those feathers are tickling her face--so adorable!
I just can't get a good feet picture...maybe I should try black and white?
I absolutely love that photo with your wedding bands on her toes! What a wonderful idea! Black and white makes it even better. I may have to "borrow" that idea in a few months!
ReplyDeleteLook at her dark hair!! Did your other kids have hair that dark at birth? And your doctor looks like a baby! He's so handsome and young that I wouldn't want him to see me naked ;)
ReplyDeleteI've been checking in to see more pictures. Thanks for taking the time to put them up. You certainly do have a lot to be thankful for. You're in my continued prayers as you adjust back to your new "normal" with baby. God Bless!
ReplyDeleteLove your list. So very much to be thankful for!
ReplyDeleteI think Greta looks so very much like Gianna.
Yes, the pic with wedding rings on the toes is wonderful.
Still praying for you, and for all, as you settle into the new routine.
Blessings~
Oh what a little sweetie! I love all the pictures! I'm so bummed that we have been so sick this week and haven't been able to come visit again! Can't wait to see you all soon!
ReplyDeleteYour sweet Greta is beautiful, and what a beautiful name, too! God bless you all and CONGRATULATIONS!! SO happy for you all!
ReplyDeleteQuickly popping in while I have the chance and feel good at the moment. Love this post...all the pics. May you have a happy St. Valentine's day. P.S. I think you have some goodies arriving tomorrow on your doorstep?
ReplyDeleteSarah,
ReplyDeleteSo very happy for you and your family - congratulations! Greta is beatiful! Your having two beautiful girls after struggling with secondary infertility gives me hope that one day God will also bless my husband and I with another one or two (or more?). Truly happy for you!
