Keep Smiling!

Today's meditation from Small Steps for Catholic Moms

Think

"It is above all in the home that, before ever a word is spoken, children should experience God's love in the love which surrounds them."

~John Paul II~

Pray

Dear sweet Lord, before I open my mouth to speak, help me to relax my shoulders and smile. Then, let whatever comes out of my mouth be an expression of your love.

Act

How do your children experience God's love in your home? When we smile, our faces reflect the joy we have in knowing we are loved unconditionally by your benevolent Father. Smile at your family today-often.

Have a Happy Monday and Keep Smiling today!!

  1. Ha ha! I'm smiling. I just killed two birds with one stone...blog catch up and my daybook:)

Actually, we are still smiling from the joy-filled weekend we had down south.

  2. That's a great book, I need to catch up for January. I will possibly take a picture of the bump when my camera is fixed but I have no plans to fix it anytime soon ;)

And don't let me make you feel bad about the exercise. I only walked 3 miles one day, did the elliptical for 6 miles the next, and did a kickbox class the third day. Before that, I was laying on the couch too!! Sunday I did nothing, and today I just walked 3 miles again...nothing strenuous, just trying to keep these pounds in check!
